國際兒童節(jié)

1925年，在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦召開的關于兒童福利的國際會議上提出將6月1日設為“國際兒童節(jié)”。至于為什么是6月1日這個日子并沒有一個準確的答案。一種說法認為是由于1925年，位于美國舊金山的中國總領事將一群中國孤兒召集在一起慶祝端午節(jié)，而當天正好是6月1日。

每年的6.1兒童節(jié)，人們通常會以發(fā)表關于兒童權利、福利的演說，播放兒童電視節(jié)目、舉辦各種派對、活動，舉家出游等方式慶祝。

國際兒童日

UniversalChildren'sDaytakesplaceonNovember20annually.FirstproclaimedbytheUnitedNationsGeneralAssemblyin1954,itwasestablishedtoencourageallcountriestoinstituteaday,firstlytopromotemutualexchangeandunderstandingamongchildrenandsecondlytoinitiateactiontobenefitandpromotethewelfareoftheworld'schildren.UniversalChildren'sDayisPcededbyInternationalMen'sDayonNovember19creatinga48hourcelebrationofmenandchildrenrespectivelyduringwhichtimethepositiverolesmenplayinchildren'slivesarerecognized.

國際兒童日是每年的11月20日，1954年的聯(lián)合國大會上，這個節(jié)日的提出是為了推動所有國家都設立一個專門的日子來：首先，促進各國兒童之間的交流和溝通;其次，通過采取行動來提升各國兒童的福利。國際兒童日在國際男人日(11月19日)隨后的一天，在48小時的兒童節(jié)和男人日的慶祝中，男人在兒童生活中的重要意義得到認可。
