3.Inmyopinion(4)Inmyview

Inmyopinion,theBankofEnglandshouldnotraiseinterestratesthis year.

這兩個表達更加正式，并且通常在談論重要問題時使用：

5.Itseemstome(6)Allthingsconsidered

當你已經仔細考慮過一種情形時，你可以使用兩種表達中任意一種：

Ifyouaskme,shehasspoiltherchildrenfartoomuch.

當你的意見帶有批評性質的時候使用這種表達。有時，人們甚至會在沒有被詢問意見的時候使用這個短語!-“依我看…”“但是我沒有問你…”!

依我看，她太過溺愛她的孩子了。

8.Tobehonest(9)Totellyouthetruth(10)Tobefrank：

知道別人可能不喜歡你要說的話時，可以用這三種表達來給出你的意見：

11.Franklyspeaking

這是一種更親和直率的表達意見的方式：

12.Personally
